Terms and Conditions

There is no minimum order value.

  1. All items are subject to a delivery charge where stipulated – refer to delivery & returns terms below.

  2. All orders placed before 2pm will be sent out the same day by your chosen method of delivery. Our opening hours are 9am-5.30pm Monday to Friday. For some items delivery times can take up to 14 - 21 days - in these instances you will be notified after placing your order

  3. Any order placed after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day. For some items delivery times can take up to 14 days - in these instances you will be notified after placing your order

  4. Any order placed after 2pm on a Friday will be despatched Monday. For some items delivery times can take up to 14 days - in these instances you will be notified after placing your order

  5. First time customers, we require your first order to be placed online, or directly with one of our representatives with products delivered to the billing address.

  6. DPD, Everi, Royal Mail, UPS do not guarantee Next Day delivery. We are unable to accept responsibility for lost working time and recommend goods are ordered 14 working days in advance of any client treatments.

  7. We reserve the right to amend prices to those ruling at the date of dispatch.

  8. Due to a programme of continuous product development, we reserve the right to amend specification, design and price without prior notice. Advertisements, catalogues and other written material are only intended to present a general indication of products referred to there in, and in no part shall be binding upon us.

  9. Most of our products are sterile, for use in a cosmetic setting. All pigments are non-returnable and non-refundable unless the bottle seal is uncompromised. Skin Care products are non-returnable and non-refundable. Device sales are non returnable except in the case of a warranty claim. The cost of returning any products is the responsibility of the customer. Original delivery costs will not be refunded. Where PayItMonthly has been used as the method of payment for training courses, any costs incurred by Visagé Pro will be deducted off the refund value (typically 14% of the purchase price)

  10. The user must always be satisfied that the products ordered are suitable. The seller cannot accept liability for the end use or the way in which they are stored or used.

  11. Any requests for credit or replacements for shortages or damage in transit must be notified to us within 3 days of receipt of goods, or, in the case of non-delivery, within 10 days of receipt of invoice. Email here

  12. Every effort will be made to meet forecast delivery dates, but we cannot however, accept liability for any loss arising from failure to meet them.

  13. All goods remain the property of Successful Minds Limited, until paid for in full by the purchaser. In the event of non payment, any warranties or training received with be void and may result in the recovery of goods and services provided

  14. Where repairs of customers’ goods are undertaken, they are done entirely at the customer’s own risk.

  15. We accept no liability for delay or non-fulfilment of any terms of the contract caused by force majeure, or by any industrial dispute, accident, fire, scarcity of material or labour or by any cause not directly within our control.

  16. No indulgence or failure by us to enforce any of our rights shall constitute a waiver of such right or preclude us from thereafter exercising the same.

  17. When booking a training course or workshop, all deposits are non-refundable - please see training terms and conditions. The full balance of the course is payable 28 days prior to the start of the course. Once the full balance is paid, it is subject to a 100% cancellation charge. There will be no refunds for missed attendances at courses or workshops.

  18. If a discount code is offered but not applied at checkout we are unable to apply later.

  19. In the event of a refund (training courses only, in line with the below), refunds are made via the same method payment was made and can take 5 - 10 working days to appear in your account. Any costs incurred when using PayItMonthly will be covered by the customer (you).

Training

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking any courses with the Visagé Pro/Skin Academy (Learning Academy). You should understand that by booking any course with the Learning Academy you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

You should print a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference.

Whilst we will make every effort to keep changes to a minimum, we may make amendments to the terms and conditions at any time to reflect changes in market conditions affecting our business, changes to technology, changes in payment methods, changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements and changes in our systems capabilities. By booking a course with the Learning Academy, you agree to accept any changes made to the terms and conditions.

1. Ownership & copyright

The content and materials provided for the learning programme (together, “Visagé Pro/Skin Academy Materials”) including graphics, code, text products, software, audio, music and design are owned by either Visagé Pro/Skin Academy or licensed to Visagé Pro/SkinAcademy. No content in whole or in part of the Learning Academy website, or any of Visagé Pro/Skin Academy Materials may be copied, reproduced, uploaded, posted, displayed, linked to or used in any way without the prior written permission of Visagé Pro/Skin Academy. Any such use is strictly prohibited and will constitute an infringement of the copyright and other intellectual property rights of Visagé Pro/Skin Academy, or in the case of material licensed to Visagé Pro/Skin Academy, the owner of such materials. You agree not to access the Learning Academy website materials by any means other than through the website. You also agree not to delete, change or modify in any way the copyright notices on the website or any materials.

2. Description and pricing of courses

Although we make every effort to ensure the prices listed are correct, mistakes may sometimes be made. If a mistake is discovered in the price of the learning programme that you have booked prior to confirmation of your booking, we will tell you and give you the option of either reconfirming your booking at the correct price or cancelling your booking. In this instance, if we are unable to contact you or we receive no reply from you, your booking will be cancelled. Visagé Pro/Skin Academy reserves the right to change prices listed without notice. Visagé Pro/Skin Academy also reserves the right to refuse to supply to any individual or company.

3. Programme

The Learning Academy reserves the right to amend or cancel any course, course times, dates or published prices. Changes to course prices, times and dates will be advised before the course start date and any course already paid in full will not be subject to the increased price. As a course may be cancelled up to four weeks prior to its start date, we recommend that delegates do not make travel or accommodation arrangements before this time. Any travel or accommodation costs incurred are entirely the delegate’s responsibility. Visagé Pro/Skin Academy does not accept any liability for reimbursement of any costs incurred whatsoever in relation to its training courses or events. Where a course has been cancelled, delegates will be offered an alternative date for the same course, a credit towards another course or a refund.

4. Booking into the Learning Academy

Bookings for the Learning Academy can be made via email here or by telephoning our Training and Events Team on +44 (0)333 323 325. 

If payment has been received in full, the individuals’ place on the course will then be confirmed and a binding contract will have been entered into between Visagé Pro/Skin Academy and the booking party.

5. How to Pay

If you are making a booking online, you can pay by credit or debit card. We accept Visa, American Express, Mastercard and Maestro. We also accept Clearpay, Paypal and PayItMonthly

When booking through our Training and Events Team Payment must be made within 30 days from the date of the invoice or if the booking is made less than 30 days before the course date, prior to the course start date.

Please note that we do not accept payment by cash or payments in any currency other than UK pounds sterling.

You are advised to notify the Training & Events Team in advance if you wish to pay by direct bank transfer to ensure the swift confirmation of your booking. You will not be eligible to attend the course until full payment is received.

In the case of late bookings payment must be made prior to attendance of the event or training course. If payment is not made prior to the delegate attending the event we reserve the right to refuse admission until payment has been made in full.

6. VAT & Charge Cards

At present the company is not VAT registered and therefore there will be no VAT due.

If payment is made via a credit card or charge card, a non-refundable 2% fee will be added at the payment stage. The amount is not capped and there is no minimum charge. Fees will not be charged for payment via debit cards, or direct bank transfer.

7. Cancellations

You can notify us of your wish to cancel your booking by emailing the Program Manager here or by telephone on +44 (0)333 323 0325.

Where a firm booking has been accepted by Visagé Pro/Skin Academy and is subsequently cancelled, the customer will be liable for the following charges. All cancellations must be made in writing.

The above cancellation charges apply if delegates fail to attend a course or if they wish to transfer to a later course. Delegate substitutions may be made up to 4 weeks prior to the course commencement. The course commencement date is the first tutorial date of the first workshop.

When courses are booked more than 3 weeks prior to the course commencement date you have a cooling off period whereby you can cancel your Learning Academy programme within a period of 14 calendar days beginning on the day that the initial invoice has been sent. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the Learning Academy course in accordance with our refunds policy (Clause 8 below). You waiver your right to the cooling off period should you choose a course date that falls within 14 calendar days from the time of booking. In this case, or after the initial cooling or after the initial cooling off period the above charges apply.

8. Refunds

If you wish to exercise your right to cancel your booking with the Learning Academy, Visagé Pro/Skin Academy will refund the fees paid according to the above cancellation policy (clause 7 above). A refund will be made by way in which the course was paid for. There are no refunds following the training for any aspect of the training/equipment. Any equipment purchased as part of training comes with 12 months warranty. If something arises with the equipment please contact the Visagé Pro/Skin Academy and follow the procedure as set out in the warranty. There are no refunds on devices/equipment, If the device/equipment is damaged and non repairable a replacement will be provided. Visagé Pro/Skin Academy will not be held liable for any losses in the lead up to, or during the time of repair/replacement.

9. Returns of study materials

In the event of a cancellation of a booking with the Visagé Pro/Skin Academy, any study materials provided as part of the course must immediately be returned unused and in the same condition in which you received them, to the following address (Please confirm address with Visagé Pro/Skin Academy BEFORE sending):

Successful Minds Limited, c/o Powell and Powell, F38&F39 Cheadle Place, Stockport Road, Cheadle, SK8 2GL. All items returned must be repackaged securely and within the package you should include your invoice number (which would have been sent out with your study materials), email address or telephone number. The return of study materials is at the customer’s own cost.

10. Replacement Study Materials

If the event of any Study, Training Materials or Equipment becoming lost or stolen it is the students responsibility to replace these. There will be a charge for replacing Study materials and Certificates. Equipment may be available at a discounted rate, please contact Visagé Pro/Skin Academy for further details

10. Written Communications

Applicable laws require that some of the information or communications we send to you should be in writing. When using Website, you accept that communication with us will be mainly electronic. We will contact you by e-mail or provide you with information by posting notices on our website. For contractual purposes, you agree to this electronic means of communication and you acknowledge that all contracts, notices, information and other communications that we provide to you electronically comply with any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

11. Notices

All notices given by you to us must be given to address detailed in clause 21. We may give notice to you at either the e-mail or postal address you provide to us when placing an order. Notice will be deemed received and properly served immediately when posted on our website, 24 hours after an e-mail is sent, or three days after the date of posting of any letter. In proving the service of any notice, it will be sufficient to prove, in the case of a letter, that such letter was properly addressed, stamped and placed in the post and, in the case of an e-mail, that such e-mail was sent to the specified e-mail address of the addressee.

12. Joining Instructions

Joining instructions for the courses including venue details and start times are sent out by post/email to the student approximately 4 weeks before the course start date provided that the booking is confirmed by full payment or a purchase order. The Learning Academy endeavours to dispatch any study materials that come as part of the student’s course booking within 3 working days of the booking being confirmed. In any event, such study materials will be delivered to students in no more than 30 days from the date of booking.

13. Face to face tuition specific terms and conditions

Workshops start at approximately 09.00 and finish at approximately 18.00 (Dependant on the course you are taking, these hours may be shorter). Workshop sessions are a mixture of participative sessions, discussion, group and syndicate activity. They can be provided at one of our training centres, or via a video call (where applicable)

As specialists in the training and development of people, Visagé Pro/Skin Academy understands the value of training and how it should be delivered. We ensure that the content, delivery and quality of the courses are of the highest standard and representative of the latest trends and developments in the field being trained in

All courses are delivered by a carefully selected team of consultants, recognised as experts in their particular disciplines and who are experienced in coaching and providing constructive feedback. They ensure that courses are interactive, stimulating and practical and recognise that, for training to be effective, it also has to be enjoyable.

14. Course Documentation

During the workshops all delegates will be provided with comprehensive course notes and hand-outs. Please note that all course literature is copyrighted and may not be reproduced without permission.

15. Venues

Venues are sourced and visited ensuring they meet the standards of Visagé Pro/Skin Academy and the needs of the delegates, taking into account any physical, sensory or other disabilities. Venues are normally hotels with good conference and leisure facilities or dedicated conference/training centres.

16. Accommodation

The fees do not include overnight accommodation which is payable by delegates on venue departure. However, if required, reservations are secured for all delegates for the duration of the training.

17. Our liability regarding your use of the Learning Academy materials

Your rights as a consumer are protected under consumer rights legislation which guarantees that any items, goods or services ordered from the Visagé Pro/Skin Academy will be fit for the purpose for which they were bought and will be of satisfactory quality. Whilst every effort is made to ensure that the access to the Visagé Pro/Skin Academy Materials and the Learning Academy website do not contain any error, defect, malfunction or corruption, The Visagé Pro/Skin Academy does not accept responsibility for any damage to or loss of data on your computer system, network or server that results from the download or use of the The Visagé Pro/Skin Academy Materials or any other software or material or use of the Learning Academy website. Nor does The Visagé Pro/Skin Academy accept responsibility for loss of data including both data transmitted and other data held by you, or delay, or failure, in transmitting or receiving data, or indirect, or consequential losses arising from use of The Visagé Pro/Skin Academy Materials, the Learning Academy website, including loss of revenue, business, anticipated savings on profits.

The Visagé Pro/Skin Academy does not make any representation or warranty that access to the The Visagé Pro/Skin Academy Materials and Learning Academy website will meet your expectations or requirements, or that any particular results will be obtained from their use.

Any Equipment provided as part of the training comes with a 12 month guarantee.

18. Termination

Your right to use the Learning Academy materials, will be suspended or terminated immediately without notice by The Visagé Pro/Skin Academy if, you fail to comply with any term or provision of these terms and conditions, or any end user license in force, or if a competent regulatory authority requires The Visagé Pro/Skin Academy or any of its suppliers to do so. Upon termination you must destroy all materials and associated documentation obtained from the Learning Academy website and all copies of such materials, and you agree that The Visagé Pro/Skin Academy may immediately deactivate your account and delete all records, files and associated information.

19. Availability

The Visagé Pro/Skin Academy endeavours to ensure that the Learning Academy Materials are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. There will be occasions when the Learning Academy Materials will be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades and emergency repairs and you agree that The Visagé Pro/Skin Academy shall not be liable to you, or any third party, for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Learning Academy website and/or the TheVisagé Pro/ Skin Academy Materials. Every step will be taken by The Visagé Pro/Skin Academy to minimise disruption. However, The Visagé Pro/Skin Academy cannot be held responsible for any disruptions that are inherent in the operation of the Internet and World Wide Web including viruses.

The Visagé Pro/Skin Academy aims to ensure that its services are available to all. 22. Complaints Procedure

At The Visagé Pro/Skin Academy we are committed to providing a high standard of customer care. If you are not happy with any element of the service that you have received from the Learning Academy, please contact our Customer Services Team on +44 (0)333 323 0325.

23. Miscellaneous

These terms and conditions, and any end user license agreement in force for The Visagé Pro/Skin Academy Materials contain the full and complete understanding between the parties. They supersede prior arrangements and understandings whether written or oral appertaining to the subject matter of the terms.

We have the right to revise and amend these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in market conditions affecting our business, changes in technology, changes in payment methods, changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements and changes in our system's capabilities

The terms and all representations, obligations, undertakings and warranties contained in them, shall endure for the benefit of any successors and assignees of The Visagé Pro/Skin Academy.

24. Governing law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

Delivery & Returns

Delivery

Orders must be placed before 2pm to be eligible for next working day delivery using DPD (In some cases there is a lead time of 14 working days on larger devices. A member of the Visagé team will be in touch shoaled this be the case). Our opening hours are 9am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will not be dispatched until Monday.
We endeavour to dispatch all items before 2pm on the working day the order is received (In some cases there is a lead time of 14 working days on larger devices. A member of the Visagé team will be in touch shoaled this be the case). All our postage options are marked delivery for the next working day, however DPD, Every, Royal Mail, UPS do not guarantee next day delivery. Therefore occasionally, due to circumstances beyond our control, orders can take slightly longer to arrive, and we are unable to accept responsibility for lost working time. Therefore, we recommend you allow at least 14 working days for delivery and processing to ensure your goods arrive well in advance of any client appointments. Please note all parcels must be signed for.

Returns

Damaged Products/Order Errors

In the unlikely event that your products arrived damaged, we must be notified within 3 days of the receipt of the goods vie email here. These products must be returned within 14 days of the invoice date for inspection, upon receipt a member of the Academy Team will be in touch to discuss the options available to you. Visagé Pro/Skin Academy will not be held liable for any lost working time during this process.

If any products are ordered in error, please let us know within 3 days of receipt of the goods. These products may be sent back for a refund, credit note or exchange. The products must be returned by you in an unused, sealed and saleable condition within 14 days of purchase.

Returning Items

Please include in your parcel the reasons for the return (warranty claim, damaged, ordered in error) .The cost of returning any products is not covered by Visagé Pro/Skin Academy and is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Please wrap the items securely and use insured registered delivery, keeping the receipt in case of damage in transit. Visagé Pro/Skin Academy cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transport. Please confirm delivery address here

Warranty

Devices come with 12 months warranty, please refer to warranty document provided at the time of purchase, for the warranty to be void you need to ensure that you have signed and returned the paperwork. Warranties are non transferrable, if you are purchasing a device from another source other than direct with Visagé Pro the warranty will be void and Visagé Pro cannot be held liable for any loses or damages caused.
